Join me for the second monthly vegan brunch cook-along. It’s totally free, so all you need to do is gather your ingredients in advance and visit my Instagram on the day. I’ll be showing you how to make the most delicious homemade sausages using nourishing, whole food ingredients.
They are:
Full of flavour
Lovely and firm (easy to slice up and put on pizza!)
gluten free
nut-free
oil-free (we only use a little for frying but you can bake instead without any!)
Packed full of protein and other wonderful nutrients
Made with simple ingredients
Made without tofu (great if you aren’t able to eat soya!)
We will then assemble a tasty, colourful sandwich!
For this class, a food processor is ideal, however it can certainly be done with a blender. Even something small like a Nutribullet is fine.
